Okanagan wine country. One trip. One total.

At launch, Let’s Ogo! will scan every winery, boat vendor and restaurant and drop the best price into one bookable weekend — wine tours first, then the sober ride between them, a boat, and dinner. This preview shows the flow with sample data.

When are you coming?
The valley, mapped

Your day, drawn on the lake

The valley’s top 20 landmarks are mapped from Vernon to Penticton. Book a winery, boat or table and it drops onto the lake as a glowing pin — with the route drawn between your stops.

Know the valley

Five wine regions, one lake

The Okanagan runs nearly 175 km from Vernon to Osoyoos. We're launching where the wineries cluster tightest — and expanding south.

In preview

West Kelowna

The Westside Wine Trail climbs the volcanic slopes of Mt. Boucherie, with big lake views between tasting rooms. Home to icons like Mission Hill and Quails' Gate alongside laid-back rooms like The Hatch.

Best for: first-timers & iconic estates
In preview

Kelowna & East Kelowna

Lakeshore Road and the South-East Kelowna benches put serious Riesling and Pinot ten minutes from downtown patios and the valley's best restaurant row.

Best for: mixing city, lake & vines

Lake Country

Fifteen minutes north of the airport, the Scenic Sip trail strings hillside tasting rooms above Okanagan and Kalamalka lakes, with the Rail Trail running below.

Best for: scenery chasers
Phase 2 · coming

Naramata Bench

Dozens of boutique wineries stacked along the bluffs above the lake near Penticton, with the old Kettle Valley Railway trail running right through the vines.

Best for: boutique-hopping by bike

Oliver & Osoyoos

Canada's pocket desert. The Golden Mile and Black Sage benches grow the valley's boldest reds, and Osoyoos Lake is famously the country's warmest.

Best for: big reds & hot beaches

What's good when

the valley by season
Apr–May · Bloom

Orchards and vineyards flower, tasting rooms are unhurried, patio season begins. The value season.

Jun–Aug · Lake season

Boats, beaches, long patio evenings. Peak demand — book tastings and boats weeks ahead.

Sep–Oct · Harvest & crush

The valley works: crush pads humming, tanks bubbling, winemakers everywhere. The wine lover's season.

Nov–Mar · Quiet season

Cozy tastings by appointment, and Big White's slopes about an hour from Kelowna.

Getting around — why every Ogo day includes a driver

Tastings add up

A three-winery afternoon is 12–15 pours. Nobody should be doing that math behind a wheel.

B.C. is strict — rightly

Roadside penalties in B.C. can begin at a 0.05 blood-alcohol level, below the 0.08 criminal limit.

Wine roads are lake roads

Winding benches and rural routes, where rideshare coverage thins out fast beyond downtown Kelowna.

So it's built in

Licensed, insured drivers will connect every stop on your itinerary, priced into the one total up front.

How Let's Ogo! works

Idea to booked in three steps

01

Tell us your trip

Browse experiences or try the demo scanner. At launch we check every local vendor for live price and availability.

02

Watch the total

Your running total sits in the corner at all times — service fee shown up front. No drip pricing, no surprises.

03

Book once, relax

One checkout locks the whole weekend. Then Let’s Ogo! texts you what’s next — “your driver’s 10 minutes out.”

Why book here

The whole weekend — not just the wine tour

The Okanagan has excellent wine-tour operators, and many of our trips ride with them. What no one else does is book everything around the tastings — the boat, the table, the stay and every sober ride — in one checkout with one total.

Planned pickup and drop-off at stays across Kelowna, West Kelowna and Lake Country.

For wineries & local vendors

Founding partners keep control — and get paid guests

We're signing a small founding group across the Central Okanagan for season one — wineries, boats, restaurants, transport and stays. The deal is simple, and it's in writing before anything goes live.

Prepaid guests, zero no-shows

Travelers pay for the whole trip at booking. If a group doesn't show, you're still paid.

0% commission, season one

Founding partners pay nothing in year one — then one modest rate we set together. Never OTA-level cuts.

You keep control

Your times, your prices, your capacity, your blackout dates. We sell exactly what you give us — nothing more.

Guests arrive ready

Party size, arrival time and occasion sent ahead. The sober ride handles timing, so groups land on schedule — and nobody's the driver.

Off-season demand

We package bloom weekends, harvest and winter tastings — the inventory that's hardest to sell on your own.

Small by design

A founding group, not a directory. Early partners shape how bookings, payouts and policies work.

What happens when you say yes

no tech integration · nothing goes live without your sign-off
01

A 20-minute chat

Coffee or a call. You tell us how your room actually runs — walk-ins, capacity, quiet days, what you'd never want us to sell.

02

You set the terms, in writing

Your times, prices, capacity and blackout dates — and every word and photo on your listing gets your approval. No software to install; you keep your own booking calendar.

03

A local confirms every booking

Through the founding season, every booking is confirmed with you personally — email, text or phone — and guests arrive prepaid, prepped and on time.

Real venues on this preview appear only as clearly-labeled, unaffiliated examples with sample data. Want your listing shown differently — or not at all? One email and it's done.

Good to know

Questions, answered

What’s included in the price I see?
Everything in your trip: tasting fees, the sober transport between stops, your boat block, dinner reservations and your stay — plus one 5% service fee shown before you pay. That’s the model we’re building with founding partners; prices on this preview are samples.
How does the sober transport actually work?
Every day with tastings will include rides through licensed, insured local operators, timed to your bookings and door-to-door from where you’re staying. One tasting becomes a three-winery day, and no one in your group drives.
Is this a group tour?
No — it’s your own itinerary at your own pace, whether you’re 2 or 12. If you’d rather join a social van tour, the valley’s operators run great ones; we’re for trips you want built around you.
Can I change or cancel?
The planned launch policy: free changes or cancellation up to 48 hours before each individual booking, with final terms set with each winery and vendor as they join. Your itinerary updates and your total recalculates instantly.
What does the sober transport cost?
It's part of the one total — never a surprise line item. In this preview, winery days show transport at +$30 per person; final pricing will be set with licensed transport partners at launch, and you'll always see it before you pay.
What if the weather turns on boat day?
Planned policy: if the marina calls the day for weather, your boat block is rebooked or refunded — the rest of your trip stands as booked. Final terms are set with each vendor as they join.
How big can my group be?
The planner handles 2–12 travelers, with the per-person split shown as you build. Bachelorette or a bigger crew? Share the trip link so everyone sees the same plan — group trips are what the sober-ride model was built for.
How far ahead should I book?
For July–September weekends, 4–6 weeks ahead keeps the best tasting times and boats available. Spring and fall trips can usually be built days in advance — and the valley is quieter and gorgeous.
Which areas do you cover?
We’re launching with the Central Okanagan — Kelowna, West Kelowna and Lake Country — where wineries cluster tightly enough to chain three or four in a day. Naramata and the South Okanagan are next.
